  • 2006 Cum Laude graduate of Ursinus College with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, minor in Coaching
  • Begins her sixth season at Virginia Wesleyan College in 2012
  • Came to VWC from Smith College, where she was a graduate student and the assistant field hockey coach
  • Regional Development Manager for USA Field Hockey's Region 8
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • Former assistant field hockey coach at Ursinus, helping the Bears to a Centennial Conference championship and to the semifinals of the NCAA DIII championship tournament
  • Four-year starter at Ursinus, where she was a first team All-American, the Centennial Conference Player of the Year, an ECAC first team All-Star, the team MVP and selected to play in the North/South All-Star game, all in 2004
  • Ursinus' Senior Female Athlete of the Year, 2004-05
  • 2002-03 member of the Greek National Hockey team, where she started in the midfield and was named the team's MVP for it's only tournament victory, against Finland, in the 2002 Women's European Nations Cup
  • Graduate of Virginia Beach's Frank W. Cox High School where she helped the 1999 and 2000 teams to district, region and state championships both years, the 12th and 13th for the powerhouse field hockey program
  • Has coached elite summer camps at Old Dominion University since 2004
