    The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced its 2016-17 ODAC Sportsmanship Teams for each of the conference's 24 sponsored sports. The squads are comprised of a student-athlete selected by the coaching staffs of each team competing under the banner with all sports and schools fully represented.

Justin Erby is a First Team All-State pick as Monteverde is joined on the second team by Brandon Kussmaul and Riley Koonce.

Cole Migliorini of Randolph-Macon College was named ODAC Player of the Year while Colin Morse and Kevin Anderson of Shenandoah University were named ODAC Pitcher and Coach of the Year, respectively. Joe Hall of Eastern Mennonite University garnered ODAC/Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar-Athlete accolades.
